We’re delighted to announce that FilmFixer is the new Film Service for the London Borough of Waltham Forest, with the contract commencing on 1st May 2024.
Waltham Forest is a unique borough, home to impressive locations like Fellowship Square and Lloyd Park as well as tonnes of hidden gems that we’re excited to help showcase to the Film & TV industry.
The Senior Film Officer for the borough is Katy Pegg-Hargreaves, who is a Waltham Forest resident herself and who says that “The borough is the home of creatives and is routinely voted one of the best places to live. I’m excited to bring more filming to this diverse and vibrant community! I also understand the complexities filming brings, and how to balance that with ensuring residents and businesses are not disturbed or inconvenienced.”
As both Senior Film Officer and resident Waltham Forest-er, Katy is uniquely placed to strike this balance. We look forward to seeing the borough thrive!
